Who is the developer?

Hemmer Consulting's principals have a combined experience of more than 60 years as real estate developers and homebuilders.

Who can build?

The three approved builders are Classic Homes, Westerheim Properties, and Arthur Rutenberg Homes.

Is there an architectural review committee?

Yes. All home designs and plans must be approved by a designated architect and review committee ensuring consistent, high quality homes throughout the development.

Will there be a homeowner's association?

Yes. Huntington Creek is governed by a homeowner's association (also known as an "HOA") for the purpose of protecting the investment of all homeowners. The HOA documents contain a variety of controls and guidelines that will assure a high quality subdivision.

How much will the HOA fees be?

It is estimated that the initial fees will be about $650 per year per lot. Most of the assessment will be for maintaining the landscaping in a first class manner.

Can I buy a lot myself?

No. Lots must be purchased by one of the approved builders.

Do I have to build right away?

After the lot is purchased, the builder has 90 days to start home construction.

Can we use the county park next door?

Huntington Creek homeowners have their own gated access to the park which contains basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, a dog walk, a jogging path, and a fully equipped playground for children.

Can we use the Equestrian Center next door?

Yes. There are over two miles of cleared paths for riding, jogging and walking.

Will the guardhouse be staffed?

The guardhouse was built so that the HOA could staff it in the future. Huntington Creek also features eight security cameras including four at the entrance.
